Welcome to the world of film & fun production, where creativity and legalities intersect. It’s important for all participants and anyone knowledgeable of the websites, in the DAO, & especially on or around the film set to understand the terms & conditions they agree to before filming & other fun begins. 

1️⃣ All participants on the film set must agree to the terms and conditions before participating in the project. 2️⃣ Participants must be at least 18 years old to opt-in, and minors must have parental consent to participate. 3️⃣ Participants must agree to refrain from any illicit activities such as drug use or any other illegal behavior while on the film set. 4️⃣ Participants must also agree to not discuss any confidential information or trade secrets of the company during or after filming. 5️⃣ Any footage captured during the filming process is owned by Optai.us LLC, and the company has the right to profit from it. 6️⃣ Participants agree to be filmed and have their likeness used in the production of the film. 7️⃣ Participants agree that they will not be compensated for their participation in the film, other than any agreed-upon payment or compensation. 8️⃣ Any intellectual property created on the film set belongs to the respective creator and not the company or film production. 9️⃣ Participants may withdraw their consent to be filmed at any time, but any footage captured before the withdrawal will remain in the possession of Optai.us LLC. 🔟 Optai.us LLC is not responsible for any injuries sustained by participants during the filming process. 1️⃣1️⃣ Participants agree to waive any right to sue or hold Optai.us LLC liable for any damages or injuries sustained during the filming process. 1️⃣2️⃣ Participants agree to cooperate with the production team and follow all instructions and directions given to them by the production team. 1️⃣3️⃣ Optai.us LLC reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the film at any time, for any reason. 1️⃣4️⃣ Participants agree to keep any confidential information or trade secrets learned during the filming process confidential and not to disclose it to any third party. 1️⃣5️⃣ Participants agree to indemnify and hold Optai.us LLC and its affiliates harmless from any claims or damages arising from their participation in the film. 1️⃣6️⃣ Participants agree that they are not employees of Optai.us LLC and are not entitled to any employee benefits or protections. 1️⃣7️⃣ Participants agree that any disputes arising from their participation in the film will be resolved through arbitration, rather than through the court system. 1️⃣8️⃣ Optai.us LLC has the right to use any footage captured during the filming process for any purpose, including marketing and promotional purposes. 1️⃣9️⃣ Participants agree to waive any right to review or approve any use of their likeness in the film or in marketing materials. 2️⃣0️⃣ Any participant who violates the terms and conditions may be subject to legal action or termination from the film set.

  • ?Welcome to the Happy Trails Animation Culinary Kids, Monster School, and other member projects’ film set that use optaius software, hardware, company and its affilates for its productions. We are delighted to have you participate in the making of our films, TV shows, and scripts. Please note that our film set is not a carefully controlled environment and is solely for entertainment purposes. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone involved, we  need to be clear this is not  a closed set. Not only will unauthorized companies, people, agencies, and other authorized personnel and participants will be permitted on set, but they may randomly or intentionally come on set at documented and undocumented film, recording, digital and physical locations. And we will do our best to post a sign on set, and including documenting and posting a notice that a fake  staged illicit behavior scene is occurring, such  drug use or other illegal activity, is happening purely in a scripted and controlled fashion on and  off set. Think about how they had to film, fear and loathing Las Vegas movie, traveling the country and world capturing the likeness of how things were, are, or could be based on our scripts. 👥

  • 🚨 Anyone who witnesses behavior that appears to be illegal or unethical should fill out a ticket, a claim, a report and personally deliver it to an executive or member of the production team. 🚨

  • 🎥 Any content created on the film set, including but not limited to film footage, photographs, and audio recordings, is the exclusive property of the production companies, and optai,us llc. 📹

  • 📷 Participants agree to give their permission for the use of their image and likeness in any media related to the production of the films, interviews, TV shows, and scripts. 📸

  • 📝 All participants must sign and put every effort forth to release us by opting in to sign all release forms, acknowledging that they understand the nature of the production and release the production company from any liability resulting from their participation.   • 🩹 The production company is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur as a result of participating, in any way, including especially in the production. 🩹

  • 📜 All participants are required to follow the rules and regulations of the film set, as outlined by the production team on site, both physical and digital. 📜

  • 👨‍🎨 The production team reserves the right to remove anyone from the set at any time, for any reason. 👩‍🎨

  • 🎞️ Participants and outsiders must understand that the production company has the right to edit, alter, or delete any content created during the production. 🎞️

  • 🤫 Participants agree to keep confidential any information they may learn about the production, including but not limited to storylines, casting decisions, personal information, anything regarding peoples relationships, sexual orientation, partnerships, business dealings, activities, locations and any other production, financial, or details. 🤫

  • 🎒 The production company is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings, especially ransomware, virus, worm, trojan, acts of god or nature, or accidents of any kind. 🎒

  • ⏰ All participants are expected to arrive on time and ready to work as scheduled. ⏰

  • 🔄 The production company reserves the right to change the production schedule at any time, with or without notice. 🔄

  • 💼 All participants are expected to be respectful and professional at all times, both on and off set. 💼

  • 🚫 Any violations of the terms of service may result in immediate removal from the set and potential legal action. 🚫

  • 🔒 Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless everyone, including optai.us llc and the production company, its employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from their participation at the sites, physical or digital as well as any part or place in the production. 🔒

  • 📝 The terms of service are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. 📝

  • 💁‍♀️ By participating in the production, participants agree to abide by the terms of service and any rules or regulations established by the production team and the people they have put in charge, or whom stood up and lead. This is a hollocracy not a phallocracy, and holons fill the gaps and step up and complete the necessary tasks of the DAO.👷
